As a Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for managing relationships between the carrier, customer, and sales teams for assigned accounts. You'll work closely with the Sales team, becoming familiar with customer needs and processes to deliver top-notch service. If you're a problem solver with strong communication skills, apply today!</p> <p>Pay: $21.00/hour</p> <p>Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (possible weekends)</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary contact between our partner client and external customers. </li><li>Analyze incoming emails and resolve issues promptly. </li><li>Maintain positive relationships with key internal and external contacts. </li><li>Use several dispatch and scheduling systems (TES, LME, Four Kites, Retailix, etc.) to solve problems. </li><li>Resolve issues affecting the delivery process, ensuring accurate and timely product delivery. </li><li>Apply knowledge of internal policies and external customer structures to ensure the best service. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in transportation or logistics. </li><li>1-3 years of logistics experience with high call/email volume and multitasking. </li><li>Proficient in MS Office applications. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, conflict management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. </li><li>Experience in over-the-road truck driver dispatch is a plus. </li></ul> <p>The services you offer are not without uplifting benefits to show our appreciation for your time and energy!
