This includes the following business areas, but is not limited to craft management, productivity tracking toolsets, material management, and prefabrication.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Product Vision and Strategy</p> <ul> <li> <p>Define and communicate a clear business product vision aligned with business goals and stakeholder needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all business and IT teams understand the product's long-term objectives and the value it delivers to stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Continuously evaluate and evolve the product roadmap based on stakeholder feedback and emerging business requirements.</p> </li></ul> <p>Product Backlog Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to reflect the most valuable features and improvements.</p> </li><li> <p>Regularly refine backlog items to ensure readiness for development and alignment with strategic goals.</p> </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Engagement</p> <ul> <li> <p>Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand needs, and align priorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a collaborative business partner to help stakeholders achieve their vision while balancing input with the overall product strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage expectations and foster strong relationships with business leaders, influencers, and project teams.</p> </li></ul> <p>Acceptance Criteria and Quality Assurance</p> <ul> <li> <p>Define clear acceptance criteria for deliverables and ensure the development team understands the requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and accept completed work to confirm it meets defined criteria and quality standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow testing procedures to manage new functionality and updates to existing systems.</p> </li></ul> <p>Team Collaboration</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with application teams, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide guidance.</p> </li><li> <p>Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel supported and empowered to make decisions.</p> </li></ul> <p>Performance Monitoring and Adjustments</p> <ul> <li> <p>Monitor product development progress, utilization, and performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Make necessary adjustments to schedules, costs, and resources to achieve project goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.</p> </li></ul> <p>Continuous Improvement</p> <ul> <li> <p>Analyze stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement changes to enhance the product's value, usability, and performance.</p> </li></ul> <p>Vendor Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including agreements and feedback on SaaS product development.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure vendors deliver solutions that align with organizational needs and standards.</p> </li></ul> <p>Project Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Plan and execute project activities using agile principles.</p> </li><li> <p>Track risks, set clear goals, and ensure all team members adhere to deadlines and deliverables.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT systems analysis, delivery, and product ownership.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with construction operations and related technology solutions including Autodesk, Procore, Trimble, HCSS, and CMIC.</p> </li><li> <p>Extensive knowledge of existing and emerging technologies, practices, and processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the aptitude for acquiring new skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Effective communication skills (verbal and written).</p> </li><li> <p>Highly collaborative team player with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and deliver projects with significant business impact.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience leveraging agile principles and managing complex, interdepartmental projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel quarterly throughout the year</p> </li></ul> <p>McCarthy is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veteran status.</p>
