Mesa Energy Systems is a HVAC mechanical services company that provides fully integrated solutions for preventative maintenance and repair, upgrading existing mechanical, electrical, and controls systems to provide the most efficient economic solutions to meet customer expectations.</p> <p>Job Title: Tradesman</p> <p>Principal Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Change and service filters, oil & grease bearings and perform belt adjustment and replacement services. </li><li>Cooling tower and condenser maintenance - coils, evaporators and tubes </li><li>Clean and perform routine maintenance as required </li><li>Perform indoor air quality related maintenance including but not limited to the cleaning of duct systems and drain pans. </li><li>General housekeeping tasks that are required by the customer to operate mechanical equipment. </li></ul> <p>Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions </li><li>Valid Vehicle Operators license </li><li>Ability to stand, sit or squat for extended periods of time. </li><li>Ability to lift, move and carry material up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Ability to climb stairs, ladders and work at extended heights. </li><li>Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). i.e. but not limited to, Dust mask, gloves, eye protection and hearing protection. </li><li>Ability to wear a company uniform and maintain a neat personal appearance </li></ul> <p>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
