<p>SWONDER ICE ARENA - Duties</p> <p>Trains part time staff and serves as the example for a superior patron experience</p> <p>Acts as a Front Line Manager, handles patron concerns from public sessions or party packages</p> <p>Coordinates event operations with user groups and the arena (to include concessions and retailer)</p> <p>Prioritizes the daily building cleaning needed by the part time staff to establish specific goals</p> <p>Organizes both staffed and public areas including the front desk, cleaning closets, skate rental area, and display cases</p> <p>Updates arena signage both digital and physical, ensures old signage is removed. This includes the arena use cork boards and displays</p> <p>Conducts monthly Inventory to include cleaning supplies, rental skates, and other needs of the part time staff</p> <p>Handles birthday party bookings</p> <p>Assists in the interview process for supervisors and part time staff</p> <p>Serves as Manager on Duty during various night and weekend shifts</p> <p>Performs related duties as assigned</p> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Must possess facility management experience</p> <p>Bachelor's degree preferred</p> <p>Should have ability to use modern office equipment including calculator, computer and copier</p> <p>Knowledge of basic cashiering procedures</p> <p>Must be detail oriented and effectively organize, coordinate and prioritize information</p> <p>Must possess a valid driver's license</p> <p>Responsibility</p> <p>Operates within existing department policies and guidelines with an understanding of the general purpose and desired results of the department</p> <p>Reports directly to, and receives general instructions from the Facility Manager</p>
