<p>Job Title:</p> <p>Manufacturing/OT Security Program Manager</p> <p>Role Description:</p> <p>The Manufacturing/OT Security Program Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful oversight and implementation of Manufacturing Security projects to drive significant impact for the organization. This role may also be required to manage initiatives for other Information Security projects as well as partner with other Program Managers outside of Information Security and IT to manage cross-functional based initiatives. A major function of this position will be to ensure our Leadership team has the proper visibility to all critical milestones, interdependencies, major deliverables and potential blockers (issues/risks) across all projects. This individual will also assist in coordinating the overall strategies for the program while potentially managing one or more of the projects.</p> <p>This position will be part of the Information Security team and will work onsite in Sunnyvale, or Lodi, California areas and must be willing to travel to Cepheid sites as needed. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.</p> <p>Job Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Taking ownership of the program, project budgets and managing the overall delivery </li><li>Producing program-level reports for department heads, directors, end users and other stakeholders </li><li>Analyze, evaluate, and overcome potential risks and threats to current and future projects, often in collaboration with senior managers and leadership. </li><li>Planning future program activity, including consultations with project sponsors, analysis of requirements and arranging timeframes </li><li>Managing program and project teams to ensure completion on time and within budget </li><li>Working closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to ensure the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives are achieved </li></ul> <p>It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years' experience in an upper-management role as a Program Manager in a broad range of either IT or AI related projects. </li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. </li><li>Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization. </li><li>Experience in managing stakeholders. </li><li>Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes. </li><li>Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field. </li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or cloud-based PPM tools (i.e. - Jira, ServiceNow, Clarity, etc.). </li></ul> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives </li><li>Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement </li><li>Maintain standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance </li><li>Working with multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached </li><li>Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity </li></ul> <p>Additional Details</p> <p>Onshore/Offshore/Onsite/Near Shore: Onsite</p> <p>Location: Sunnyvale</p> <p>Work Time Zone: PST</p> <p>Interview Day/time preference: (Provide multiple slots)</p> <p>Rate preference: (Optional)</p>
