Then join TeamViewer as Channel Renewals - Team Lead and take ownership of the channel renewals function. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Channel Renewals Managers while overseeing the end-to-end renewal process with our Channel Partners. You will ensure timely and successful renewals, strengthen partner relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead, coach, and develop a team of Channel Renewals Managers, setting clear priorities, performance goals, and development plans</p> </li><li> <p>Own and continuously optimize the end-to-end renewal process for channel partners, ensuring deadlines are met and renewals are executed seamlessly and at scale</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a senior escalation point for complex renewals, negotiations, and conflict resolution with distributors and resellers</p> </li><li> <p>Partner closely with Channel Account Managers across regions and work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure proactive communication with distributors and reseller partners to successfully manage customer renewal cycles</p> </li><li> <p>Develop a deep understanding of partner business models, objectives, and challenges, and ensure renewal strategies are aligned with their needs</p> </li><li> <p>Drive revenue growth by systematically identifying and enabling upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the renewals motion</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze renewal performance, pipeline health, and key KPIs; translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior management</p> </li><li> <p>Standardize, innovate, and streamline renewal processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and partner experience</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to strategic initiatives related to channel enablement, forecasting, and revenue retention</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>University degree or equivalent practical experience</p> </li><li> <p>Several years of experience in channel renewals, channel management, partner management, or account management, ideally in a B2B environment</p> </li><li> <p>Proven first leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing, coaching, or mentoring team members</p> </li><li> <p>Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to derive insights and drive continuous improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in the technology, software, or SaaS industry is a strong advantage</p> </li></ul> <p>What we offer:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work location is Remote, USA.</p> </li><li> <p>Competitive compensation including stock-based options</p> </li><li> <p>Flexible PTO and paid holidays</p> </li><li> <p>401(k) with employer matching</p> </li><li> <p>Comprehensive Health insurance package including 100% employer-paid medical coverage</p> </li><li> <p>Up to 12 weeks of Parental Leave</p> </li><li> <p>Basic Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, 100% employer-paid</p> </li><li> <p>Quarterly teambuilding events, leadership luncheons, and companywide "All Hands" meetings</p> </li><li> <p>Open door policy and business casual dress code</p> </li><li> <p>We celebrate diversity as one of our core values.
