<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Parish Hill</p> <p>School Based Health Center Mental Health Worker</p> <p>Regional School District #11 (Parish Hill Middle/High School) has an immediate opening for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for its School Based Health Center. Region #11 is a small district located in Chaplin, CT. - a rural town with approximately 2500 residents.</p> <p>Region #11 consists of students in grades 7 - 12 residing in Chaplin, Scotland, and Hampton, CT. Our school has an enrollment of approximately 190 students. The LCSW/MFT/LPC will provide direct counseling in implementing the School Based Health Center as well as grant management and submitting reports as appropriate. Other activities may include student outreach, social skills training and home to school relationship support, An important role for our LCSW/MFT/LPC is serving as a liaison between school, home, and community stakeholders.</p> <p>Required: Licensure as LCSW, MFT, or LPC</p> <p>Salary and benefits: TBD.
