<p>McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for CNA for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.</p> <p>Responsibilities include: taking patients to and from the restroom, assisting nurses, assisting with the transport of patients to the hospital (by wheelchair), answering call lights, measuring vital signs and recording.</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma, GED or HiSET </li><li>Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant training program with verification of certification. </li></ul> <p>Certification/License</p> <ul> <li>Completion of 75-hour basic Certified Nursing Assistant Program or Completion of Advanced Nurse Aide Program with certificate. </li><li>BLS or obtain within 90 days of hire and must maintain throughout employment. </li><li>Mandatory Reporter training or within 90 days of hire and must maintain throughout employment </li></ul> <p>Days: Monday - Friday.</p> <p>Hours: 7:45 AM-4:30 PM</p> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Previous CNA experience needed. </li></ul> <p>Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>McFarland Clinic offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
