<p>We are looking for fun and creative Seasonal Camp Counselors!</p> <p>Do you love spending time with children of all ages? Was your time at summer camp a cherished memory? Would you like to share your experiences and knowledge to make a real difference in the lives of those around you?</p> <p>As a YMCA Summer Camp Counselor you are responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of our camp activities. This is a seasonal position that starts at the end of May and runs through mid-August.</p> <p>Invitations to participate in the preliminary on-line video interview will be sent by email.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required </li><li>At least 18 years of age. </li><li>1-year experience working with children in a day camp setting preferred. </li><li>Experience with outdoor recreation, songs/music, skits, sports, aquatics, games, etc. </li><li>Ability to work effectively work with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions and perceptions. </li><li>We conduct a comprehensive background check for all employees who work with children and youth. </li></ul>
