<p>Salary Range:$28.55 To $28.55 Hourly</p> <p>Monday - Friday 2PM - 10:30PM</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Performs all duties in an efficient manner to ensure all products are manufactured to meet customer needs. Follows all procedures as applicable. Promotes a safe work environment. Compounds batches of gel coat, putty, and colorants and packages for shipment.</p> <p>Major Areas of Accountability:</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Must be capable of comprehending and demonstrating work instructions and procedures </li><li>Accurately weighs and charges chemical additives </li><li>Transfers base resins from containers or bulk storage to production vessels </li><li>Safely operates equipment to compound gel coats, colorants, and puttys in accordance with work instructions </li><li>Packages finished goods into containers </li><li>Performs housekeeping as assigned </li><li>Must be able to work independently or in a team setting </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li><li>Punctuality and regularity of attendance are job requirements </li></ul> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>High school education </li><li>Must be capable of operating a forklift </li><li>Must be organized </li><li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds </li></ul> <p>Reasonable Accommodations:</p> <p>The Company complies with all disability laws.
