<p>Supply Chain / Manufacturing Business Systems Analyst</p> <p>Ultradent, a global leader in oral health, is seeking a functional/technical Supply Chain / Manufacturing Business Systems Analyst to implement, support, and optimize supply chain and manufacturing systems in a growing pharmaceutical and medical device environment.</p> <p>This role partners with business and technical teams and is based in the Salt Lake City, Utah area.</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Inventory, Quality, and Product Sustainment teams to gather requirements and address operational challenges</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze, document, and improve end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing, and quality processes</p> </li><li> <p>Support, maintain, and enhance Oracle Supply Chain/Manufacturing (on-prem and Cloud) and Agile PLM applications, plus other related applications</p> </li><li> <p>Lead requirements gathering, research, and solution design; produce BRDs, use cases, functional specs, and test cases</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate testing and validation activities (unit, integration, UAT) and support change deployment</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support; perform data analysis and reporting using SQL</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to business users and leadership</p> </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience supporting and implementing Oracle or similar Supply Chain/Manufacturing (EBS and/or Cloud), Agile PLM, and other Supply Chain applications.</p> </li><li> <p>Systems integration experience</p> </li><li> <p>SQL skills for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written/verbal communication and ability to work at all organizational levels</p> </li><li> <p>Organized and disciplined in project and change management environments</p> </li><li> <p>Self-motivated team player; able to manage small, medium, and large projects</p> </li></ul> <p>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Hands-on implementation/support experience with Oracle (EBS and/or Cloud) and Agile PLM</p> </li><li> <p>Oracle Cloud SCP experience a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Production Scheduling support/implementation experience</p> </li><li> <p>MES and/or PLM implementation and support experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Business Intelligence practices and tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI)</p> </li><li> <p>Supply chain or manufacturing operations background; GMP experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Supply Chain certifications such as IIBA and/or APICS certifications are a plus</p> </li></ul> <p>Ultradent is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
