In this role, you will guide critical water infrastructure projects from planning through delivery-working alongside trusted experts to provide sustainable, forward-thinking solutions that make a lasting impact.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from development of project proposals through completion, providing environmentally friendly and cost-effective solutions </li><li>Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, and schedule, and serve as a primary client contact </li><li>Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors </li><li>Lead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operations </li><li>Develop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management Plan </li><li>Communicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of related engineering experience required; minimum of 2 years of project management experience required </li><li>Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred </li><li>Strong working and theoretical knowledge in the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply engineering knowledge in practical settings </li><li>Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks </li><li>Proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office </li><li>Understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws </li><li>Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset </li><li>Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred </li><li>Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love It Here:</p> <ul> <li>Work on water and wastewater projects that directly support community health, environmental stewardship, and long-term infrastructure resiliency </li><li>Be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values innovation, mentorship, and shared success </li><li>Enjoy a flexible work environment with opportunities for local project engagement and limited travel </li><li>Grow your career through exposure to complex projects, client relationships, and leadership opportunities </li></ul> <p>Curious about the impactful work our Water team is doing?
