<p>Kforce has a client in Johnston, RI that is seeking a Service Engagement Manager (Endpoint).</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Own service delivery governance, SLA adherence, and escalation management </li><li>Lead business and operational reviews and facilitate regular team touchpoints </li><li>Manage risk tracking, change windows, and CAB coordination </li><li>Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives </li><li>Oversee ticket intake, prioritization, and timely resolution of critical issues per SLA </li><li>Ensure compliance with security standards and audit-ready documentation </li><li>Support production items tracked in Azure DevOps outside the ticketing system </li><li>Coordinate stakeholders and communicate effectively with a customer-centric, empathetic approach* Endpoint management (SCCM, Intune), M365, Azure DevOps, Power BI, vulnerability remediation, and ticketing systems </li><li>ITIL practices, governance, risk and vendor management, contract compliance, and budget oversight </li><li>Executive communication, negotiation, leadership under pressure, empathy, adaptability, and stakeholder management </li><li>Knowledge of SLAs related to software deployment, vulnerability remediation, and incident response </li></ul>
