Description</p> <p>Harvest Restaurant Supervisor Job Description</p> <p>Wage: $14-16/hour</p> <p>Shift: Part time</p> <p>Benefits: Free Thanksgiving Point Membership for you and immediate family; 401(k); Employee Assistance Program; Financial Assistance Program; Thanksgiving Point venue discounts; and more!</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist manager and assistant manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Harvest Restaurant.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform any comps/voids/discounts.</p> </li><li> <p>Validate staff checkouts at the end of each shift.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure proper cash handling.</p> </li><li> <p>Log daily information including Daily Base Count, Sales, and Labor.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform any necessary functions of the Manager when they aren't present.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide and ensures there is remarkable guest service and a clean orderly environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Motivates and helps manage team members.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with the constant improvement and growth of team members and the guest experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Helps handle and resolve guest complaints in a positive manner to ensure remarkable guest services.</p> </li><li> <p>Exemplify Thanksgiving Point's Mission, Values, and Policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.</p> </li></ul> <p>?</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Positive attitude including guest service skills and abilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to make decisions independently and work effectively as a team member.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have excellent organizational skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Available to work varied hours lunch or dinner shifts 10am - 5 pm or 4 pm - 10 pm shifts.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to stand for long periods of time.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in customer service, and hospitality preferred but not required.</p> </li><li> <p>One year of experience in a supervisory role.</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>Pass a background check.</p> </li><li> <p>Be at least 16 years old.</p> </li></ul> <p>EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
