You will know all site-specific policies and procedures, be attentive and alert, record and report incidents, and participate in the client's emergency response procedures as appropriate and provide superior customer service.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Be a minimum of 25 years old. </li><li>Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. </li><li>Must be able to pass a company background check. </li><li>Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment and to interact with customers, clients, and visitors of all categories. </li><li>Must maintain a valid Armed Security License which is required by the state you are applying for. </li><li>As a condition of employment, the employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. </li><li>Basic computer skills to operate innovative technology. </li><li>Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and effectively. </li><li>Ability to deescalate situations and clearly operate within and articulate the Use of Force Continuum. </li><li>Able to: </li><li>Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat </li><li>Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds. </li><li>Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift. </li><li>Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time. </li></ul> <p>We proudly support Military, Law Enforcement, Corrections veterans.</p>
