If you are a visionary and mission-driven leader with a passion for driving innovation and equity in care delivery, we invite you to join our team.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>As Vice President of Care Management Programs, you will oversee the design, performance, and operations of BHN's care management initiatives. You will collaborate closely with executive leaders and stakeholders across state agencies, insurers, and healthcare providers to ensure quality-driven, equitable, and sustainable programming. You will lead and develop a highly capable team that reflects the populations we serve while leveraging data to inform best practices in population health and care coordination.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee all aspects of BHN's Care Management Programs across multiple service lines and funding streams </li><li>Build and maintain collaborative relationships with ACOs, MCOs, and EOHHS to ensure fiscal and programmatic success </li><li>Guide teams in meeting and exceeding required quality metrics with a focus on health equity and population outcomes </li><li>Lead the development of new care interventions using data-informed approaches aligned with population health trends </li><li>Foster workforce diversity and inclusive leadership in alignment with BHN's social justice mission </li><li>Provide high-level supervision, strategic planning, and administrative oversight of program operations </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Executive-Level Impact: Influence the future of care coordination in a leading nonprofit </li><li>Supportive Environment: Join a senior leadership team committed to excellence and equity </li><li>Professional Growth: Opportunities to engage in innovative partnerships and sector-wide strategy </li><li>Diverse Workplace: BHN strongly encourages diverse candidates to apply </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Health Care Management, or related field (required); Master's Degree (preferred) </li><li>Experience in leading care management programs and developing high-impact health strategies </li><li>Working knowledge of ACO, MCO, and MassHealth contracts and population health frameworks </li><li>At least two years of experience using data to measure quality outcomes and inform program improvement </li><li>Nonprofit leadership experience, with strengths in team supervision, strategic planning, and equity-based practices </li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software </li><li>A deep understanding of social justice principles and a commitment to ongoing development in this area </li></ul> <p>We Hire for Purpose!</p> <p>Since 1938, Behavioral Health Network has been dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable, and culturally appropriate behavioral health care across Western Massachusetts.
