<p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Inbound Customer Support</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer sales calls and emails. </li><li>Provide timely, professional, and solution-oriented responses to product, pricing, and service inquiries. </li><li>Accurately capture customer requirements and ensure seamless communication with internal teams as needed. </li></ul> <p>Quoting & Queue Management</p> <ul> <li>Generate accurate customer quotes within 30 minutes or less, meeting established turnaround targets. </li><li>Maintain an organized, continually prioritized quoting queue to consistently achieve turnaround goals. </li><li>Escalate workload or capacity issues when the queue grows beyond a level that allows for on-time delivery. </li><li>Ensure all quotes are complete, correct, and aligned with company pricing, policies, and product offerings. </li></ul> <p>Outbound Follow-Ups & Revenue Growth</p> <ul> <li>Conduct outbound follow-up calls and emails to convert outstanding quotes, re-engage past customers, and capture additional revenue opportunities. </li><li>Identify and recommend upsell or cross-sell products aligned with customer needs. </li><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business. </li></ul> <p>Performance Management & Reporting</p> <ul> <li> <p>Meet or exceed defined KPIs, including:</p> </li><li> <p>Quote turnaround time (30-minute or less)</p> </li><li> <p>Quote-to-order conversion rate</p> </li><li> <p>Revenue generation</p> </li><li> <p>Upsell / cross-sell performance</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and opportunities in CRM systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide feedback on recurring customer issues, process inefficiencies, or opportunities to improve the sales workflow.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience. </li><li>Experience with hydraulics is preferred. </li><li>Strong phone presence and excellent written communication skills. </li><li>High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints. </li><li>Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a dynamic workload. </li><li>Comfortable working with CRM systems, quoting tools, and standard office software. </li><li>Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>Key Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Customer Focus </li><li>Responsiveness </li><li>Time Management & Prioritization </li><li>Sales Acumen & Persuasion </li><li>Accuracy & Attention to Detail </li><li>Problem Solving </li><li>Ownership & Accountability </li></ul>
