Join a forward-thinking team where your contributions are valued, and you'll have the support and resources to succeed in every aspect of your career.</p> <p>Pay: $35/hr.</p> <p>Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Reports to the Project Manager, MCLP, or Property Manager and supervises maintenance staff when assigned. </li><li>Assists licensed tradespeople and engineers as needed across various tasks. </li><li>Performs preventive maintenance, maintains records, and submits mechanic reports. </li><li>Handles repairs and upkeep of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, steam systems, and other mechanical systems. </li><li>Troubleshoots and repairs gas and oil-fired burners and related controls. </li><li>Conducts building rounds to inspect HVAC equipment and maintains detailed log sheets. </li><li>Trains or orients new employees on building systems and procedures. </li><li>Maintains accurate time sheets, repair history cards, and logs of work and parts used. </li><li>Assists with energy conservation efforts and equipment planning or estimating when needed. </li><li>Ensures high-quality work standards and attends meetings as required by management. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial building operations and maintenance with a high school diploma and technical certification. </li><li>Holds a Massachusetts Refrigeration Journeyman License. </li><li>Strong expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, and locksmithing. </li><li>Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical systems and interpreting blueprints and schematics. </li><li>Experience with chemical treatment for non-potable water and steam systems, and knowledge of CFC, IAQ, and other building operations standards. </li><li>Familiar with regulatory compliance (EPA, OSHA) and possesses strong communication skills and a valid driver's license. </li></ul> <p>This is a direct hire position with benefits offered by our client including paid training, 401k with match, tuition reimbursement, PTO accrual, and more!</p> <p>Join a company that prioritizes growth, opportunity, and excellence.
