<p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Accounts Payable: Code and process vendor invoices, accurately record in system for payment, review payment schedules and process payments in a timely manner. Maintain check register and cash ledger. </li><li>Receivable: Timely and accurate customer billing. Tracking and payment of all associated sales taxes. Monthly, quarterly and annual Sales Tax filings. Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial transactions. </li><li>Payroll: Payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages, salaries, and benefits. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Generate Payroll Journal Entries.
