Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Barista's highest priority will supporting overall profitability and guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service while maintaining OVG's standards for safety, cleanliness,</p> <p>sanitation.</p> <p>This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.00.</p> <p>Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.</p> <p>This position will remain open until April 17, 2026.</p> <p>About the Venue</p> <p>The Pasadena Convention Center is a campus-style meetings and events complex in Pasadena, California offering 130,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Greet all guests with a friendly smile. </li><li>Honor guests by providing quick, friendly, and personalized service. </li><li>Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with guests by learning their names and favorite food and drink items. </li><li>Educate guests regarding menu offerings </li><li>Initiate suggestive selling and sampling of products. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Previous Barista experience strongly preferred. </li><li>Ability to participate in a team environment. </li><li>Ability to follow written and oral direction. </li><li>Ability to work under pressure and independently. </li></ul> <p>Strengthened by our Differences.
