<p>About the Role:</p> <p>Reporting into the CRO, we're seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead and scale Redpanda's global enterprise sales organization. This is a critical leadership role that requires deep experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams in technical enterprise software, preferably in cloud-native or data infrastructure sectors.</p> <p>As VP of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for defining strategy, developing go-to-market execution, driving predictable revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.</p> <p>You Will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and expand Redpanda's enterprise sales team across regions and verticals </li></ul> <p>Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for enterprise accounts</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement scalable sales processes, KPIs, and forecasting methodologies </li><li>Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to align enterprise GTM strategy </li><li>Cultivate relationships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies </li><li>Establish a metrics-driven sales culture with clear accountability and transparency </li><li>Drive strategic deals from inception to close, especially in key target verticals like finance, media, and security </li><li>Hire, mentor, and retain world-class sales talent to support aggressive growth targets </li></ul> <p>You Have:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of enterprise software sales leadership experience, with a track record of exceeding quotas and scaling teams </li><li>Proven experience selling complex, technical products to enterprise buyers (e.g., CIOs, VPs of Engineering, Architects) </li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills </li><li>Experience in both early-stage startups and scaling post-Series B+ organizations is preferred </li></ul> <p>Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence product roadmap and GTM initiatives</p> <ul> <li>Willingness to travel as needed </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have:</p> <ul> <li>Background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms </li><li>Familiarity with open-source business models and developer-first sales motions </li><li>Experience expanding into international markets </li></ul> <p>U.S. base salary range for this role is $200,000, not including bonus and/or commission. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. As a remote-first company, we strive to consider each candidate's job-related skills, location, experience, relevant education or training to determine individual base salary.
