We're proud to offer:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision </li><li>Generous paid time off </li><li>Long-term career growth opportunities </li><li>Complimentary use of amenities such as our fitness center, spa, cafés, and swimming pools </li><li>And so much more! </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <ul> <li>$30.00 per hour </li><li>Salary position </li></ul> <p>What You'll Be Responsible For</p> <p>As the Culinary Services Assistant General Manager, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead, train, schedule, and support service staff to deliver a consistently high level of customer service </li><li>Open and close operations and balance cash drawers when applicable </li><li>Manage administrative tasks including payroll, tip allocation, PTO processing, and invoice approvals </li><li>Maintain and utilize point-of-sale systems effectively </li><li>Address resident and guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally </li><li>Ensure compliance with all health, safety, food sanitation, and alcohol service regulations </li><li>Plan and execute special events and resident catering functions </li><li>Create and promote engaging dining initiatives for our resident community </li><li>Monitor budgets and help control costs to support efficient operations </li><li>Educate and coach team members on all WVC food safety and sanitation policies </li><li>Provide oversight as needed for the Clubhouse Café and Ice Cream Parlor (LT) </li></ul> <p>Leadership & Supervisory Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversee all front-of-house operations and service standards </li><li>Interview, hire, train, and develop service Team Members </li><li>Assign work, evaluate performance, recognize success, and resolve issues </li><li>Foster a positive, respectful, and service-focused Team culture </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or 3-5 years of relevant restaurant or hospitality experience </li><li>Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a restaurant or dining environment </li><li>Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to motivate and positively influence others </li><li>Professional appearance and a consistently positive attitude </li></ul> <p>Schedule & Hours</p> <ul> <li>40 hours per week </li><li>Wednesday-Sunday | 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. </li><li>Includes some holidays </li></ul> <p>Location</p> <p>The Clubhouse at Willow Valley Communities10 Providence Park DriveLancaster, PA 17602</p>
