Each team member has an integral part and responsibility of our success.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Vehicle and gas provided for deliveries </li><li>Flexible schedules which includes being closed on Sundays </li><li>Employee meal allowance </li><li>Opportunity for college scholarships </li><li>Keep tips for Chick-fil-A app delivery orders (there are no tips on catering and food trailer order deliveries) </li><li>Wage with tips added will at least equal $16.25 per hour. </li></ul> <p>Delivery Driver Qualifications and Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Be 18+ years old </li><li>Have a driver's license for at least one year. </li><li>Have excellent customer service skills including positive energy, a pleasant smile, good eye contact, and a pleasant tone of voice. </li><li>Have a working smartphone with data plan and GPS </li><li>Be able to use technology with ease </li><li>Speak and read English proficiently </li><li>Have a valid state-issued driver's license </li><li>Have a clean driving record for the past 2 years </li><li>Be able to stand, sit, walk, stoop, bend, reach, crouch, and twist throughout the day </li><li>Have the ability to carry deliver bags up to 50 lbs </li><li>Move with a sense of urgency </li></ul> <p>Delivery Driver Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Extend 2nd Mile Service in and beyond the restaurant </li><li>Represent the restaurant and the Chick-fil-A brand well </li><li>Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders </li><li>Assist with order preparation as needed </li><li>Assist with restaurant operations while not delivering </li><li>Safely operate and maintain delivery vehicles </li><li>Adhere to food safety procedures </li><li>Comply with safe driving and parking rules and regulations </li><li>Maintain a charged cellphone throughout your shift </li></ul> <p>Join the Chick-fil-A Drexel Town Square team where we CARE for our community and each other in and out of the restaurant.
