<p>Roxbury Community College (RCC) is a public institution of higher education offering associate degrees, certificate programs and lifelong learning opportunities to the Greater Boston community. The appointed individual will provide organization, direction, and daily administration of the Women's Basketball Program. Will Identify and recruit academically and athletically talented student-athletes for the program. Will Coach/Teach athletes and oversee day-to-day program responsibilities. Will maintain a competitive and successful program. Will comply with NJCAA rules, regulations, and support NJCAA Division III Philosophy and Mission. Will Provide a positive experience to the student-athlete.
