Whether you're just starting your career or looking to grow in a new direction, you'll find opportunities to thrive, lead, and make a meaningful impact here.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and direct the nursing unit activities of IV Infusion, IV Therapy, and the Nursing Resource Float Team to ensure quality patient care and efficient nursing operations. </li><li>Additional responsibilities include supervising all nursing staff personnel, directing unit quality assurance activities, and assisting in in-service education and/or nursing staff training. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Requires licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina with three (3) - four (4) years clinical experience. </li><li>Supervisory skills required. </li><li>Master's degree required within three (3) years of date of hire.
