With dignity, caring, integrity, and respect at our core, we embrace the diverse experiences that enrich our community daily.</p> <p>Summary: The Administrative Assistant supports Bridgewell's mission by providing general reception to all visitors who contact the office by telephone or in person and administrative assistance for the program.</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-2:00PM (25 Hours)</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Handle requests for information releases and disclosures in a timely manner. </li><li>Manage guardianship information documentation. </li><li>Prepare reports for UR review and follow up on all comments </li><li>Run weekly no show report and mail no show letters to clients as needed. </li><li>Discharge clients from TIER promptly. </li><li>Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person. </li><li>Greet and assist visitors and keep reception area organized. </li><li>Manage classroom schedules and layout for tour days. </li><li>Coordinate employee certifications. </li><li>Scan all client documents into TIER accurately and promptly. </li><li>Maintain lists of employees, individuals and parents. </li><li>Enter data in the Medical Billing AR Plus system. </li><li>Oversee inventory of supplies for the program </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Required Education/Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Must have a high school diploma or GED. Associate's degree preferred. </li><li>Experience managing office reception area. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills/Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Candidates should demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. </li><li>Ability to problem solve effectively and excellent organizational skills. </li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required. </li><li>Candidate should demonstrate the ability to act as a team player, and communicate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>While performing the duties of this job, employee is frequently required to climb stairs. </li><li>The employee must be able to drive a vehicle. </li><li>Must have a normal range of eyesight with or without corrective lenses. </li><li>Must have a normal range of hearing with or without corrective equipment. </li></ul> <p>Bridgewell offers:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent health benefits-medical, dental, vision.
