<p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>Oversee all functions of the count room. Supervise, train and schedule count team.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May include, but is not limited to the following)</p> <ul> <li>Removal of boxes from storage cabinets </li><li>Removing tickets off of boxes and attaching them to currency stacks </li><li>Open boxes, remove contents, and organize currency and paperwork </li><li>Process currency and other information through currency counting machine </li><li>Verify fills, credits, markers, payments and cash drop totals in computer </li><li>Wrap currency </li><li>Balance currency, chips and foreign currency </li><li>Maintain employee files including performance evaluations, written warnings, GST </li><li>Soft count scheduling and payroll </li><li>Regular and predictable attendance in accordance to soft count policy </li><li>Encourage customers to play midway games, explain game objectives, awards prizes and explain rules Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision </li><li>Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture </li><li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Ability to understand and comply with state, federal, company and departmental rules and regulations </li><li>Ability to perform basic math calculations </li><li>Ability to use an adding machine, jet sort, MPS and any other computers or equipment to perform your job efficiently </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms </li><li>High School Education or Equivalent </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT (May be required in order to perform the essential functions of the position)</p> <ul> <li>Work is performed in areas that may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky, dimly lit or illuminated </li><li>Work may be performed with others including verbal and face-to-face contact </li><li>Work requires use and knowledge of mechanical devices and computer equipment </li><li>Individuals will work with time restraints and in small spaces </li><li>Positions require Team Member to enter and exit from the Team Member entrance which entails 4 flight of stairs (40 steps) </li><li>Requires seldom siting, walking, crouching, kneeling, repetitive use of non-dominant hand with light grasping and finger dexterity </li><li>Occasional bending over, lifting/carrying of 10 lbs. or less, repetitive use of dominant hand with light grasping and finger dexterity of both, near visual acuity and color vision; frequent standing, light distinguish letters, numbers and symbols, perform simple tasks, clerical functions, compile and analyze data, supervise and instruct others, follow instructions, influence others, problem solve, use independent judgment and decision makings skills </li><li>Require eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity </li><li>Requires effective written and verbal communication </li><li>Requires reliability and accountability </li></ul> <p>GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service.</p> <p>PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech - both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills.
