Catering Leads will report directly to the Director of Operations and play a key role in ensuring a seamless catering experience. Most deliveries are to be made using the company's catering vehicle. Responsibilities include overseeing the process from the moment a catering order is placed to organizing and preparing all necessary supplies and items, including beverages, food items, paper goods, sauces, dressings, etc. All while ensuring immaculate food safety standards are met and upheld until the Catering Order is presented and/or delivered to the guest.
