<p>Kforce has a client in Corona, CA that is seeking a skilled IT Lead to support a small, hands-on IT team during a period of transition and modernization. This role is critical in maintaining day-to-day IT operations and assisting with system upgrades and legacy replacements.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>IT Lead will provide frontline IT support including setup and troubleshooting of laptops, printers, and other hardware </li><li>Assist in resolving service desk tickets and general system issues </li><li>Support ongoing efforts to modernize legacy systems, including Microsoft Access </li><li>As an IT Lead, you will collaborate with team members across departments, including shop floor resources and developers </li><li>Contribute to database-related tasks and provide support for SQL and MySQL environments* 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration </li><li>Experience with SQL and MySQL databases, including basic query writing and data management </li><li>Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar) </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including Windows OS, Office 365, and Access </li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and legacy system transitions </li><li>Experience supporting manufacturing or shop floor environments is a plus </li><li>Knowledge of CAD/CNC systems or integration with IT infrastructure is a bonus </li></ul>
