This position will work closely with quality control and production staff to maintain efficient workflow and product integrity.</p> </li><li> <p>Test various components and assemblies</p> </li><li> <p>Operate 3D printer</p> </li><li> <p>Laser etches products</p> </li><li> <p>Serial number entry for received serialized items</p> </li><li> <p>Receive, maintain, and organize inventory</p> </li><li> <p>Kit job orders</p> </li><li> <p>Pack customer orders</p> </li><li> <p>Adhere to all ESD (electrostatic discharge) and safety protocols during manufacturing</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate records of production data and component inventories</p> </li><li> <p>Work under general to limited supervision once proficient in assigned tasks. Complex tasks are supervised</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent. Equivalent experience may be considered</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment</p> </li><li> <p>Effective time management and problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering irons, and other testing/assembly tools </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li> <p>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.</p> </li><li> <p>The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.</p> </li><li> <p>The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers, to pick, feel and/or inspect material.
