Your impact?You'll help safeguard data integrity, support confident engineering decisions, and ensure our instrumentation and calibration records remain compliant, audit-ready, and aligned with industry standards such as ISO 17025. Your work directly enables high-quality testing, reliable product development, and operational excellence. You'll collaborate closely with R&D engineers, lab technicians, quality teams, and external calibration partners, taking ownership of calibration processes and digital asset management-helping us operate with precision, consistency, and confidence.What You'll Be Doing</p> <p>Perform hands-on calibration of precision instruments and systems, including temperature, pressure, mass, torque, dimensional, voltage, current, and electrical power measurements Manage third-party calibration activities, including requesting quotes, releasing purchase orders, coordinating logistics, inspecting returned instruments, and verifying calibration reports Support Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) studies to evaluate measurement reliability, accuracy, and uncertainty Maintain and continuously update the Gagelist calibration management system, including asset entry, certificate management, status tracking, and calibration alerts Provide technical support for sensor installation, wiring, and Data Acquisition (DAQ) system configuration for R&D testing activities What We're Looking For</p> <p>A high school diploma with specialized technical training in Metrology, Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related field; equivalent military training (e.g., PMEL) is highly valued At least 2 years of hands-on experience in gauge calibration and instrumentation within a laboratory or industrial environment Experience operating calibration standards such as dry blocks and pressure calibrators, and troubleshooting DAQ hardware Familiarity with cloud-based calibration management systems (e.g., Gagelist, Fluke MET/TEAM, GAGEpack, GAGEtrak) Strong technical communication skills, including the ability to document procedures, interpret calibration standards, and maintain accurate records What You'll Get from Us</p> <p>We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
