<p>We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Monetization Business Development team at Meta. Someone with practical understanding of the Connected TV landscape and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. In this role, you will build global partnerships that support Meta's Connected TV initiatives-shaping business strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and executing high-impact deals. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving partnerships from term sheet negotiations through product launches, working closely with product, engineering and other cross-functional partners.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>8+ years of relevant experience in business development and strategic deals for Connected TV </li><li>Demonstrated track record closing large, complex, multi-year agreements with executive counterparties at key publishers and adtech companies </li><li>Experience in working closely with product and engineering teams to define new products </li><li>Experience leading cross-functional teams to orchestrate and complete deals, including experience working with technical and legal teams to complete new agreements </li><li>Experience in developing and driving business strategies and initiatives with executive stakeholders </li><li>Experience developing working relationships inside and outside an immediate team or partner organization </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with CTV advertising ecosystem </li><li>Experience with global multi-market negotiations and partner governance </li><li>Background working in high-scale consumer or ads platforms </li><li>Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) </li><li>Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) </li><li>Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Defining, negotiating, and closing high-impact partnerships for Meta's Connected TV products </li><li>Working closely with product and engineering teams to define priorities and identify key opportunities </li><li>Quarterbacking external and internal cross-functional teams when integrating products or technologies with external partners </li><li>Working cross-functionally with legal, marketing, finance, product, and engineering teams to negotiate deal terms, drive special projects, advocate internally for partners, and educate on industry trends </li><li>Conducting market research and building relationships to identify trends and opportunities in the Connected TV industry </li></ul> <p>About Meta</p> <p>Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
