Come join our great family of drivers and be home daily!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>CDL Operation & Delivery </li><li>Possess a valid Class A or Class B CDL. </li><li>Minimum 1-year consistent commercial driving experience. </li><li>Inspect trucks daily and verify proper loading and securement per Company and D.O.T. standards. </li><li>Arrive to work on time when scheduled. </li><li>Unload, protect, move, and stage materials as specified by customer directive. </li><li>Frequent heavy lifting up to 100 lbs. </li><li>Physical capacity to perform job tasks effectively. </li><li>Operate forklift and other company vehicles and equipment as trained and instructed. </li><li>Safety & Compliance </li><li>Conform to all safety rules and regulations of the Company and OSHA standards. </li><li>Attend and participate in all required company training programs. </li><li>Additional training such as Forklift and other specified equipment may be required. </li><li>Must attend and participate in all required meetings related to material delivery and overall company operations. </li><li>Teamwork & Leadership </li><li>Work well in a team environment. </li><li>May be requested to direct and supervise within their department. </li><li>Display leadership and support company values: Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity, and being a Company of Choice. </li><li>Basic understanding and knowledge of building materials. </li><li>Basic understanding and knowledge of forklift and equipment operation. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Must be able to pass a drug screen, physical, and background check after receiving a conditional offer of employment.</p> <p>FBM Benefits</p> <ul> <li>A friendly and supportive work environment </li><li>Well-maintained equipment </li><li>Excellent benefits including: Medical, Dental and Vision plans, 401(k) </li><li>Career growth opportunities </li></ul>
