<p>Overview</p> <p>Universal Windows Direct - Field Marketing Manager</p> <p>$70,000 PLUS Bonuses</p> <p>As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for researching, creating, developing and managing local partnerships, shows/events and field marketing efforts focused on lead generation and managing a team of field marketing representatives. This position plays a key role in the Universal Windows Direct Marketing Department and reports to the National Field Marketing Manager.</p> <p>We will train you on our company software and lead generation system. Universal Windows Direct is part of the Great Day Improvements family of brands</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Research, register for and coordinate local events, sponsorships </li><li>Engage potential customers and schedule in-home consultations for replacement windows for Universal Windows Direct (UWD) local sales representatives </li><li>Recruit, hire, train and mentor field marketing teams that operate throughout the local area </li><li>Manage budgets to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) per event/show </li><li>Determine and set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in partnership with your manager </li><li>Manage and approve payroll entries and updates and schedule your teams </li><li>Evaluate performance results to identify areas for improvement </li><li>Conduct performance reviews with field marketing team </li><li>Support Corporate Marketing functions where necessary </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing, retail and/or outside sales </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication </li><li>Strong organizational skills </li><li>Ability to grasp software for lead generation and reporting, oversee budgets and develop reports, lead a team or teams of field marketers and demonstrate products and engage with potential customers </li><li>Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours </li><li>Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and have the ability to travel using a personal vehicle </li><li>Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends </li></ul> <p>UWD is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer</p> <p>#INDUWDM</p>
