<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Engagement Ambassador to support the setup, tear-down, and guest check-in for our exciting events in Downtown Denver. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for event attendees and ensuring the seamless operation of each event. Your responsibilities will include assisting with physical event setup and tear-down, managing guest check-in, and ensuring all guests feel valued and engaged.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Event Setup & Tear-Down: Assist with the physical setup and tear-down of event spaces, including arranging furniture, setting up decorations, signage, and other materials. Ability to lift up to 25lbs and perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time. </li><li>Guest Check-In: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in through the event app, and provide them with necessary event information. Ensure all guests feel welcomed and supported throughout their experience. </li><li>Guest Engagement: Represent the brand in a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly manner, ensuring that guests feel comfortable and valued during their time at the event. </li><li>App Usage: Download and utilize the event check-in app on your smartphone. You will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and ensuring smooth event registration processes. </li><li>Support the Event Team: Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and that the event runs smoothly. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 25lbs and perform bending, lifting, and standing tasks as part of event setup and tear-down. </li><li>Smartphone: Must own a smartphone and be able to download and use an event check-in app for guest management. </li><li>Positive Attitude: A welcoming, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for providing excellent guest experiences. </li><li>Availability: Able to work 4-hour shifts twice per month during events in Downtown Denver. </li><li>Dependable: Must have reliable transportation to arrive at event locations on time.
