<p>Kforce's client, a fast-growing Real Estate company located in Boston, is in search of a Property Accountant. This position is an add-to-staff, as the company has acquired a sizable portfolio to Manager for a Pension Fund.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintenance of General Ledger and Reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) </li><li>Calculation of Annual CAM and TAX true ups </li><li>Work closely with property management team in order to resolve property related issues and ensure quality reporting </li><li>Review Budgets and provide feedback to Property Managers </li><li>Bank reconciliations </li><li>Oversee Cash receipts/receivables for portfolio-Lease review, interpretation and compliance </li><li>Debt review and compliance reporting </li><li>Partnership agreement review and compliance reporting </li><li>Maintaining and processing quarterly distributions to partners* B.A./B.S. degree in Accounting/Finance; 3+ years related R/E accounting </li><li>Knowledge of or ability to learn property management accounting processes, including use of any industry specific software </li><li>Demonstrate a strong understanding of all aspects of accounting </li><li>Proficient in Real Estate software (MRI, Yardi) and Excel </li></ul>
