<p>Position Summary...</p> <p>Manage and coordinate all Me@Campus requests, CRE tickets, and Winning Workplace email communications to ensure timely intake, tracking, and resolution.</p> <p>Facilitate cross-functional responses to CRE-related inquiries by partnering with Business owners and other stakeholders to ensure ownership, progress, and closure of all tickets.</p> <p>Maintain a centralized log of addressed requests, including resolutions, status updates, and recurring themes, to enable transparency and reference across CRE.</p> <p>Ensure clear communication loops by confirming resolution with requestors and maintaining visibility throughout the lifecycle of each request.</p> <p>Develop and deliver standardized and ad hoc reporting on occupancy-related requests, supporting business unit engagement and leadership decision-making.</p> <p>Support the implementation of defined workplace strategies and operational processes that drive efficiency, improve response consistency, and align with CRE portfolio goals.</p> <p>Analyze request trends and frequency to identify areas for process improvement and proactive support across business units and locations.</p> <p>What you'll do...</p> <p>Planning Gathers project requirements eg resources timelines and budgets Develops project plans and timelines with input and support from team and management</p> <p>Executing Project Program Processes Monitors execution progress and ensures deliverable quality eg coordinating meetings tracking budget following up on action items for portions of low to moderately complex projects Supports Program Manager in interpreting and managing scope creep Resolves minor conflicts and elevates more complex conflicts</p> <p>Dependency and Risk Management Maintains key issues risks and dependencies log for the project team Elevates concerns and key risks to Manager Supports risk mitigation planning and communication for portions of low to moderately complex projects</p> <p>Change Management Performs initial assessments to identify impact of change for relevant stakeholder groups Works with managers category teams and other change leaders to provide input into change approach strategy and plan</p> <p>Collaboration Collaborates with cross functional teams across the organization eg Category Management Planning Site Merchandising Customer Service Analytics to ensure successful project implementation</p> <p>People Development Coaches less experienced team members and provides feedback to enhance skills knowledge and work performance Mentors and supports training for less experienced associates</p> <p>Demonstrates UpToDate expertise and applies this to the development execution and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs and building commitment for perspectives and rationales</p> <p>Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders identifying business needs determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices monitoring progress and results recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities and adapting to competing demands organizational changes and new
