The company brings unequaled expertise to the market, offers award-winning technical support and is an authorized service center for a growing number of manufacturers.</p> <p>We are looking for detail-oriented, proactive, problem solvers, that thrive at multi-tasking in a dynamic environment to join our Business Account Management Team.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Work the queue in a shared email box to provide timely and outstanding support to inside and outside Sales Teams </li><li>Manage products for represented Vendors in BlueStar's systems including but not limited to; setting up new parts, inactivating EOL items, updating pricing, and ensuring accurate descriptions and products images </li><li>Create and distribute weekly inventory and point of sale reports for assigned Vendors </li><li>Manage, audit, and report Vendor Partner Programs, Promotions, Instant Rebates and SPIFFs </li><li>Drive sales leads to proper channels, facilitate deal registrations and special pricing requests </li><li>Act as a liaison between managed Vendors and all departments within BlueStar </li><li>Assist in the education and execution of marketing activities for managed Vendors </li><li>Collaborate with other members of the BAM Team to improve processes, create efficiencies, and anything else to make the day-to-day easier for everyone </li></ul> <p>What We'll Expect From You</p> <ul> <li>A team player who is able to work across departmental functions and with a variety of personality types internally and externally </li><li>Organization, accuracy, and excellent attention to detail </li><li>A desire to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects simultaneously </li><li>Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work with a sense of urgency </li><li>Ability to work independently and be a self-starter </li><li>Proactive and resourceful in getting the answers needed </li><li>Very proficient Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skillset </li><li>Knowledge and familiarity with administrative and customer support operations </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Minimum 2+ years of professional business experience </li><li>Must have at least a two-year degree, four-year college degree preferred </li></ul> <p>What Will Put You Ahead</p> <ul> <li>Advanced Excel skills </li><li>Basic understanding of distribution and reseller channels </li><li>An interest and aptitude for learning new technologies </li><li>PowerBI experience </li><li>A positive/will-do attitude </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disability.</p>
