Currently looking for a Full Time Registered Nurse in Downtown Albany, NY!</p> <p>Description: This role is specialize in Hematological disease/conditions</p> <ul> <li>Oversees the clinical operations for all nursing clinical support activities. </li><li>Establishes and maintains all nursing personnel files. </li><li>Ensures all licensing and certification criteria are met. </li><li>Assists with the review and revision of clinical policies and procedures. </li><li>Ensure adequate staffing/FTEs for assigned clinics. </li><li>Maintains effective nursing staff coverage and operating costs for the practice and/or satellites within budgetary parameters. </li><li>Participates in the interviewing and recruiting of nursing personnel. </li><li>Performs tasks assigned to staff nurses as necessary </li><li>Demonstrates working knowledge of applicable labor laws and schedules and coordinates employee staffing including vacations, sick leave and overtime. </li><li>Ensure clinical operations and practice consistent with organizational objectives. </li><li>Monitors and evaluates patient satisfaction and quality assurance measures. </li><li>Directs the correct use of charge codes and coordinates education of all staff in correct procedures per reimbursement guidelines </li><li>Develops new services and activities for patients, families and staff in accordance with practice service objectives </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications: We do IV, Ports, chemo, immunotherapy, viotherapy, phleb, injections, triage</p> <ul> <li>NYS RN license </li><li>BS degree </li><li>Hematology/Oncology experience nice to have </li><li>Medical surgical or any emergency floor or dialysis experience needed </li><li>6months+ RN experience </li><li>COVID Vaccinated and flu </li><li>IV skills a PLUS </li></ul> <p>Schedule: M-F, no weekends or holidays</p> <p>Company insight:</p> <ul> <li>4 weeks PTO </li><li>Can pick up Saturday clinic hours - can pick up extra hours </li><li>Teamwork environment </li><li>Relationships you create with your patients </li><li>"We are about growth, human experience committee (ways to improve overall satisfaction), & employee wellness" </li><li>Tuition reimbursement (up to 3k) </li></ul> <p>Experience Level:</p> <ul> <li>Intermediate Level </li></ul> <p>Work Environment- The role is based in an office setting with a Monday to Friday schedule, no weekends or holidays.</p> <p>Employees enjoy four weeks of paid time off, including two floating days.
