We are looking for a Manufacturing Support Coordinator (Admin Assistant) to join our team!</p> <p>The Manufacturing Support Coordinator provides critical administrative and operational support to various manufacturing departments. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across diverse teams.</p> <p>Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (40 hours per week, start time is flexible)</p> <p>$18 - $22 per hour.</p> <p>Full-time</p> <p>Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Support Coordinator</p> <ul> <li>Review labor and attendance records for accuracy and correct discrepancies </li><li>Check and correct hourly labor entries in timekeeping systems </li><li>Enter inventory data into internal systems </li><li>Record weekly union overtime hours </li><li>Distribute internal mail and occasionally deliver mail to the local post office </li><li>Post hourly PTO reports to appropriate departments </li><li>Distribute and retrieve shop drawings and procedures to/from specified locations </li><li>Order and maintain office and miscellaneous shop supplies (e.g., tools) </li><li>Verify subcontractor time entries and follow up on discrepancies </li><li>Investigate and coordinate corrections to documentation issues identified by the Quality Department </li><li>Assist supervision in tracking work operation hours against expected performance </li><li>Communicate and collaborate effectively with both union and non-union staff across departments </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business or related discipline preferred</p> <p>Experience: Two (2) to three (3) years administrative experience in business environment in disciplines such as manufacturing or human resources. Experience in a union environment a plus!</p> <p>Other Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to work collaboratively with others. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</p> <p>Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills required.
