<p>ABOUT THE ROLE</p> <p>F&M Trust is hiring a Loan Servicing Construction Specialist to join the Loan Servicing team. This role is responsible for a variety of administrative duties essential to tracking and monitoring primarily residential mortgage construction projects. The Specialist reviews construction progress and disburses loan funds, ensures receipt of required insurance, permits, and other documentation related to each project, and verifies that commitments, letters of credit, and collateral data are accurately updated in the core operating system.</p> <p>LOCATION</p> <p>This position will be based in our Corporate Headquarters in Chambersburg, PA. A hybrid working arrangement is available after a satisfactory introductory period and successful demonstration of key accountabilities.</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Must possess strong Excel, Word, and Outlook and be interested in using technology in the role. </li><li>Minimum three (3) years' administrative experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience normally required. </li><li>Working knowledge of construction documents such as budget, required permitting and insurance, draw schedule, inspection reports, etc. is highly recommended. </li><li>Previous experience with personal computers and office equipment also required. </li><li>Highly attentive to details and organized. </li><li>Flexible and adaptable to change. </li><li>Ability to work independently. </li></ul> <p>If this is something that raises any interest and you have the minimum qualifications and drive to excel in an administrative role, we encourage you to complete an employment application.
