<p>As a Review Committee Process Lead (RCPL), you will manage the end-to-end flow of materials through the Review Committee (RC) process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely progression of work.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate routing of all jobs through the Review Committee (RC) system. </li><li>Create and prioritize Review Committee (RC) meeting agendas while collaborating with RC Chair. </li><li>Complete a quality check of each material to ensure submission standards are met prior to adding them to the agenda or initiating review. </li><li>Disseminate agendas and meeting information to RC members within established timeframe. </li><li>Facilitate RC meetings and electronically capture all RC recommended revisions during meetings or independent of meetings using Veeva PromoMATs. </li><li>Proofread all materials post-agency/brand revisions, to reconcile with RC requested changes. </li><li>Adhere to SLA's for moving jobs in RC system for those statuses that require action by an RCPL. </li><li>Archives/request release of all jobs in RC system. </li><li>Support 2253/RIM filing requirements in conjunction with Regulatory. </li><li>Function as liaison with advertising agencies to ensure incorporation of RC requested changes to materials as aligned with brand owner. </li><li>Identify materials on a monthly basis requiring periodic review and initiate review process. </li><li>Assist brand team in determining resolution for stagnant materials. </li><li>Complete all mandatory training within required timeframes. </li></ul> <p>Location: Morristown, NJ - remote</p> <p>Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST.</p> <p>What you must have to be considered:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising, marketing operations, or a related field. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation of decisions and action items. </li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines. </li><li>Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset. </li><li>Ability to manage complex, cross-functional workflows in a highly regulated environment. </li><li>Experience facilitating meetings and capturing feedback, revisions, and action items. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, escalate risks appropriately, and support resolution. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including brand teams, regulatory partners, and external agencies. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites </li></ul> <p>This will help you stand out:</p> <ul> <li>Degree in marketing, science, healthcare, or related field </li><li>Pharmaceutical experience. </li><li>Experience with Veeva vault and Vault RIM </li></ul> <p>We are excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
