One (1) year experience required if have successfully completed the Heartland Economic Development Program by the International Economic Development Council.</p> <p>Successful completion of the Heartland Economic Development Program by the International Economic Development Council required within 18 months of employment. Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) preferred.</p>
