<p>The Associate Production Director will work alongside the Regional Production Director to fulfill the ministry of the campuses and Southeast Christian Church as a whole. This person will be responsible for assisting in technical aspects including audio, lighting, staging, and video along with leadership and development of projects, volunteer teams and culture. Everything will be done with the primary purpose of achieving the mission of Southeast Christian Church of connecting people to Jesus and one another.</p> <p>What You Will Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Support all aspects of Weekend Programming and special events at campuses </li><li>Assist in the maintenance and updates of current systems and equipment </li><li>Training and maintain volunteers working within the Production Arts Teams </li><li>Assist and or lead Production projects at campuses </li><li>Support Production Directors at other campuses as needed </li><li>Develop and maintain healthy relationships with other ministry departments and campuses </li></ul> <p>What We Are Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Strategic thinker and self-starter </li><li>Be a motivated team-builder with a heart for pastoring volunteers </li><li>Be a leader and collaborator with clear communication skills </li><li>Have a good working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, staging, and rigging </li><li>Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once, yet still stay focused </li><li>Thrives in a creative process and disciplined to carry out the work </li><li>Skilled in process improvement and project management </li><li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products </li></ul> <p>Our Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience </li><li>Experience in AVL roles in a church environment </li><li>Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church (or willing to become one) who supports our Statement of Faith, submits to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantra in tangible ways. </li><li>Exemplifies our seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun </li><li>Agree with the *Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantras in tangible ways. https://www.southeastchristian.org/who-we-are#mantras </li><li>Leads by example fulfilling the staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship and giving </li><li>Please read our Statement of Faith that is attached below.
