<p>Description</p> <p>Manager - Corporate Responsibility Communications</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>Huntington Bank's longstanding commitment to corporate responsibility has been at the center of its purpose and the driving force in its success. Huntington is seeking an experienced communications manager to help shape and share its Corporate Responsibility stories. This individual will provide communications for a variety of programs and initiatives within the Corporate Responsibility platform, including multicultural banking, inclusion, business resource groups, and community engagement as the company continues to expand and elevate its brand nationally.</p> <p>Reporting to the Director of Corporate Responsibility Communications, this new role will partner with business leaders and communications, legal, and risk teams to develop and execute comprehensive communications plans. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success leading large-scale internal and external campaigns across a wide range of channels, including internal communications, earned media and social media.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop strategic corporate responsibility communications plans to inform and engage Huntington's internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Serve as communications strategist for programs and initiatives that support corporate responsibility. </li><li>Write, edit and publish high-quality internal and external communications to recap events, convey key messages and highlight company stories to colleagues and external stakeholders </li><li>Help develop messaging, and create materials for internal and external audiences working with our Marketing team </li><li>Continuously evaluate existing communications strategies and refine as needed. </li><li>Provide communications support for other major corporate initiatives as needed. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>6 Years of related experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated success leading corporate responsibility internal and external communications campaigns within a large corporate workforce. </li><li>Strong writer and editor with the ability to communicate internally and externally with a variety of stakeholders, including company leadership. </li><li>Corporate foundations experience. </li><li>Professional presence. </li><li>Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. </li><li>Collaborative team member who can build strong partnerships across the organization </li></ul> <p>#LI-Hybrid</p> <p>#LI-NG1</p> <p>Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)</p> <p>Yes</p> <p>Workplace Type:</p> <p>Office</p> <p>Our Approach to Office Workplace Type</p> <p>Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.</p> <p>Compensation Range:</p> <p>The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position.
