<p>Our Sleep Center in Niskayuna is looking for a Lead Sleep Technologist to join their team. The Sleep Technologist will report to practice manger and have oversight of scheduling sleep studies, perform daytime nap studies, set up home studies and score home studies and score overnight PSG studies. Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.</p> <p>Manage and perform all types of sleep diagnostic recordings according to company policies and the standards of the AASM including, but not limited to scoring.</p> <p>Maintain staff schedules of sleep technologists.</p> <p>Perform comprehensive polysomnographic testing and analysis.</p> <p>Follow all testing preparation procedures including, but not limited to, preparing and calibrating equipment, apply electrodes and sensors, and perform routine positive airway pressure (PAP mask fitting).</p> <p>Follow all polysomnographic procedural protocols.</p> <p>Routinely (at the beginning and the end of each recording) perform polygraph calibration and make adjustments as needed.</p> <p>Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and provide age specific care in the treatment, assessment, and education of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.</p> <p>Assist with all polysomnographic record scoring.</p> <p>Perform DME-CPAP equipment set-ups and instruct patients on CPAP set-up, use, and maintenance.</p> <p>Perform routine equipment care and maintenance and inventory evaluation.</p> <p>Additional Duties may be assigned as business needs require.</p> <p>If you are interested in this opportunity and have the desired qualifications, please Apply Now!</p> <p>Hourly salary range: $24.00-$34.00</p> <p>Community Care Physicians offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision and life insurances, paid holidays, paid time off, retirement plan, and much more in a business casual environment!</p> <p>We welcome candidates who will bring diverse intellectual, gender and ethnic perspectives to Community Care Physicians.</p> <p>Community Care Physicians is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p>
