The Central Strategy and Profitability team under GRAS S&O manages a broad set of responsibilities, including annual planning, Opex management, headcount and payroll reporting, P&L management and analytics, FP&A data infra, horizontal product area partnership, regulatory responses, and other ad hoc projects working with senior executives.</p> <p>The name Google came from "googol," a mathematical term for the number 1 followed by 100 zeros. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.</p> <p>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Drive core central FP&A processes for GBO including planning, forecasting, budget management, cost allocation, management reporting and other ad hoc initiatives. </li><li>Work with GRAS Finance teams and coordinate efforts to deliver impactful analysis and insights to senior stakeholders. </li><li>Act as a FP&A partner for central business cost centers, with a focus on budget management and reporting. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance DNA, Hub, Corporate FP&A, Strategy & Operations (S&O) to ensure effective partnership and impactful results. </li></ul>
