<p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Post transactions to the trust accounting system as requested </li><li>Perform in a dual capacity for handling securities and entering the vault </li><li>Update reporting logs as directed </li><li>Make deposits with the bank daily </li><li>Perform daily duties including copying, scanning, report distribution, mail and handling calls from internal clients and filing </li><li>Participate in Business Continuity testing </li><li>Participate in required training </li><li>Ensure all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures. </li><li>Perform special projects as needed and other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Attention to accuracy and detail </li><li>High School diploma or GED </li><li>Customer service experience highly preferred </li><li>Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word </li></ul> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS</p> <ul> <li>Deadline environment </li></ul> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
