<p>Loan Documentation Clerk</p> <p>Vinita, OK</p> <p>Onsite Position</p> <p>102 West Illinois Avenue</p> <p>Part Time: Flexible hours between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 pm.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <p>Ensure accurate indexing of documents to be scanned</p> <p>Ensure accurate and timely imaging of loan documents according to BancFirst procedures</p> <p>Ensure proper retention and purging of paid loan documents</p> <p>Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>Knowledge of loan documentation and lending practices</p> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook desired with the ability to learn a variety of other software programs</p> <p>Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing</p> <p>Critical thinking skills</p> <p>Detailed oriented</p> <p>Must work well under stress to meet deadlines</p> <p>Highly developed organizational skills</p> <p>Ability to manage multiple tasks</p> <p>Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude</p> <p>Perform in a highly sensitive environment and deal with confidential matters</p> <p>Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job</p> <p>PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Optical scanner experience</p> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>Constant use of computer screens</p> <p>Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear</p> <p>Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching</p> <p>Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday</p> <p>Long periods of typing and repetitive motion</p> <p>Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds</p> <p>Hometown service, statewide strength.
