<p>Kforce's client, a well-established and innovative technology firm, is seeking to hire a Program Manager - RF, Mixed-Signal Technologies in Saddle River, NJ.</p> <p>Summary: In this key role, the Program Manager - RF, Mixed Signal Technologies will lead complex programs with an emphasis on new product development. They will lead talented cross-functional teams to develop innovative next-generation RF, Microwave and Mixed Signal solutions.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Build programs over their full lifecycle for customers worldwide and leading a continuous improvement culture focused on employee engagement to drive business performance </li><li>Manage full program lifecycle - scope, schedule, cost, and quality - ensuring on-time, on-budget performance </li><li>Serve as the primary customer point of contact, ensuring satisfaction, issue resolution, and program alignment </li><li>Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, estimates, risk registers, and status reports </li><li>Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and manage contractual documentation </li><li>Oversee resource planning, sub-contract management, and program P&L, ensuring margin targets are met </li><li>Drive risk mitigation, opportunity management, and continuous improvement initiatives </li><li>Collaborate with business development to support follow-on and new business opportunities* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field </li><li>Seven or more years of related engineering and program management experience </li><li>Experience with large scale development programs </li><li>Proven technical leadership of product development programs in the satellite communications, aerospace, or defense industries </li><li>Strong business acumen and customer-facing experience </li><li>Strong team building skills that enable partnership and coordination within and across teams and functions </li></ul>
